7. Governing Law

All contractual relations with Powdered S.A.R.L. shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Lebanon.

These Terms and Conditions  govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of any products or services offered by Powdered S.A.R.L. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope & Acceptance

By placing an order or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of them, please refrain from using our website or services.

The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if they were drafted after these Terms. Any deviation must be agreed to in writing by Powdered S.A.R.L.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Invoices must be paid within 21 working days, unless otherwise specified.
  • In case of late payment, a fixed interest charge of 10% on the outstanding balance may be applied.
  • Powdered S.A.R.L. reserves the right to suspend services in case of overdue payments without prior notice.

3. Debt Recovery & Withholding Tax

  • If a payment remains outstanding more than 60 days past the due date, we may involve a debt collection agency. Legal fees will be borne by the client.
  • Clients are responsible for withholding taxes in accordance with their country’s laws. Powdered S.A.R.L. will receive the full invoice amount, unaffected by local tax deductions.

4. Service Commitment

We commit to delivering high-quality services within the agreed timeframes. However, these obligations are best-effort, not guaranteed results. Powdered S.A.R.L. cannot be held liable for indirect damages or claims from the client’s end customers.

5. Claims & Complaints

To be valid, any claim must be made within 8 days of delivery, via registered letter sent to our company address.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and branding on our website or services remain the intellectual property of Powdered S.A.R.L. Reproduction or redistribution without consent is prohibited.
